Abstract: The events that stray dogs hurt passers occasionally occur in university campus, which poses a great threat to the health and safety of the teachers, students and residents and also brings the serious hidden danger to the campus environment sanitation.We expound the causes of the presence of stray animals in university campus as well as their harms to the teachers and students,and put forward some effective measures to control the stray animals in campus.
