Abstract: To effectively solve the problems of occupation and pollution of experiment platform by newly produced histological slides during the process of airing, a drying rack of histological slides was developed, and it is simple to make the drying rack. It is composed of a support frame and several baffle plates, and the baffle plates were connected with the support frame by slide rails.This drying rack can be easily used. Firstly, newly produced histological slides were put on the hollow-carved baffle plates. Then the baffle plates were inserted into the slide rails on the supporting rack. The whole drying rack was baked in an oven at last.This dying method can improve the quality of histological slides, reduce the harm to experimenters from xylene, and save the space of experimental platform.
