Abstract: The basic situation of climate, main meteorological factors and main meteorological disasters in Tongliao in summer in 2016 were introduced firstly, and then effects of the climate on agricultural and animal husbandry production in Tongliao in the same period were evaluated comprehensively, so as to fully understand climate characteristics and its influences on agricultural and animal husbandry production in summer in Tongliao City.
