Abstract: Excretory-secretory (ES) products released by Trichinella spiralis play a complex role in regulating host immune system by actions of activation and inhibition. This regulative effect is helpful for Trichinella spiralis to escape from the immune response and then to infect the host. Meanwhile, the immune regulation mechanism induced by Trichinella spiralis can relieve the symptom of autoimmune disease, allergic and cancer.
