Abstract: In order to assess the hatchability of different hatching eggs at high altitudes, the experiment was carried out under the condition of 3 780 meters above sea level using the hatching eggs of four breeds, which observed and compared the hatching effect of different hatching eggs at high altitude. The results showed that the fertility rate, hatchability of hatching eggs, hatchability of fertile eggs and rate of healthy chicks of Lhasa white chicken were the highest and were 94.32%, 76.70%, 81.33% and 94.41%, respectively; The fertility rate of Beijing Tibetan chicken was the lowest at 74.00%; the hatchability of hatching eggs, hatchability of fertile eggs and rate of healthy chicks of Beijing oil chicken were the lowest and were 0.84%, 1.00%, and 50.00%, respectively.
