Abstract: The microbiological quality control is very important to maintain the quality stability of SPF golden hamster population.The specific measures,experiences and cognitions in microbiological quality control of the central population of SPF golden hamster were introduced in this paper,in hoping to provide references for improve the population quality stability of SPF golden hamster under isolator rearing condition.
