Abstract: The study focused on the dissociation, culture, purification and characteristics of bovine fetus skin fibroblasts. Bovine fetus skin fibroblasts had been ohtained by 2-4 times subcultures in vitro. The growth curve had been drawn by cell counting. The 5th, 6th, 7th and 8th passage bovine fetus skin fihrohlasts were manipulated through the technologies of chromosome preparation and microscopic examine of the chromosome change.
