  • A Study on the Extraction of Total Flavones from Glycyrrhiza Uralensis Using the Technique of Microwave

    Based on orthogonal design, by testing the parameters of liquid-solid ratio, concentration of alcohol and duration of microwave process, the conditions of the technique of microwave extraction of total flavones content from Glycyrrhiza Uralensis were optimized by referring the results of spectrophotometrie measurement of the total flavones as the overall evaluation indexes. The study showed that the optimum conditions for microwave extraction of total flavones from licorice are: 1:8 liquid-solid ratio, 85 % alcohol concentration, and 3 min low fire microwave process.
    The Active Polysaccharide Extraction and Its Physics and Chemistry Characteristic Analysis from the Sea-buckthorn Yeast

    By using acid process, alkaline process, ultrasonic wave cracking process, and Sevage albumenose-free method, the active polysaeharide β-1.3-D-dexlran was extracted from the sea-huckthorn yeast, also the polysaecharide content and the composition as well as the physics and chemistry characteristics were analysed, the result indicated that the sea-huekthorn yeast β-1 . 3- D- dextran extraetion rate is higher by using alkaline process than that of acid process. Also. there is only dextran as polysaecharide using acid process extraction. But dextran as well as mannan was got by using alkaline process. This provides the foundation for further using the sea-buckthorn yeast polysaccharide.
    Measurement of Grazing Feed Intake and Nutrients Digestion Rates of Angus Crossbreed

    Grazing feed intake and nutrients digestion rates of male Angus crossbreed were measured by the methods of collecting whole feces and AIA in spring. The results showed that the grazing daily intake was 20.269 kg, while digestion rates of nutrients were as follows: dry matter 78.82 % ,crude protein 86.53 % ,ether extract 75.11% ,DNF 80.07 % ,ADF 69.64 %. Due to the nutrimental level of forages in spring was inferior, certain supplementary feed is needed to satisfy the requirement for cattle growth.

    This paper studied on the effect of potassium cholesterol sulfate (PCS) to the spermatozoa quality during freezing process. The test group of addition of PCS to EY dilution consisted of three group. The addition was 0.15 g/100 mL, 0.10 g/100 mL and 0.5 g/100 mL respectively. The result indicated: the optimal addition was 0.10 g/100 mL.The test group' sperm quality of EY diluent is better than the control group of EY diluent. After being thawing, the motility, plasma membrane integrity and atropine integrity of the EY group were 34.94 %, 39.17 %, 75.24 %, but the EY control group were 28.74 %, 30.70 %, 64.70 %.

    In this research, Zhenglan banner grassland ground survey and remote sensing information adopted from the 1980s and the early 21st century is used, also, on the basis of grassland science, ecology and landscape ecology turf, by integrating landscape index on the landscape pattern analysis, Zhenglan banner grassland landscape changes were analyzed. The results showed that: The overall landscape fragmentation of Zhenglan banner for last 20 years has been increased, the numbers of different landscape plaque and patch shape index have different degrees of increase, plaque area of the station has little change, and no rule. Heterogeneity increased, and the situation was worsening trend in landscape, landscape richness has little change, most of the visual landscape diversit. evenness and landscape fragmentation increased, the role of advantages plaque type was weakened, the regional landscape balance and stability was weakened landscape, and the landscape was even more crushing.
    The Evaluation of Pasture Solar and Temperature Potential Productivitin QIN Wangchuan in Gansu Province

    The pasture solar and temperature potential productivity in QIN Wangchuan in Gansu province was calculated and analyzed by using corresponding mathematic models in which the basic factors which influence the pasture growth such as light, temperature were taken into account. The result can provide some support for the further development of the local production.

    The study focused on the dissociation, culture, purification and characteristics of bovine fetus skin fibroblasts. Bovine fetus skin fibroblasts had been ohtained by 2-4 times subcultures in vitro. The growth curve had been drawn by cell counting. The 5th, 6th, 7th and 8th passage bovine fetus skin fihrohlasts were manipulated through the technologies of chromosome preparation and microscopic examine of the chromosome change.

    By using 2,6-Diehlorophenol indophenol titration method and 3,5-Dinitrsalieylic acid eolorimetry method, the content of vitamin C ,the deoxidized sugar and the total sugar of common fresh carrot and dehydrated carrot were measured and compared. The results showed that the contents of vitamin C in the fresh carrot were higher than those in the dehydrated carrot, but the deoxidized sugar and the total sugar in the fresh carrot were lower than those in the dehydrated carrot. This experiment also analyzed the characteristic and dominant position of dehydrated vegetables, and supplied reference for people to use dehydrated vegetables reasonably.
    Effects of Different Nitrogen Levels in Concentrations on BUN and MUN in Dairy Cows

    Twenty-one dairy cows with lumen cannulas were divided into seven groups randomly which were ted on TMR (control) and TMR added 50.0,100.0,150.0,200.0,250.0,300.0 g/(head·day) urea ( Ⅰ -Ⅵ treatments) respectively. The concentrations of BUN,MUN ,RUN and lactation performance of dairy cows were determined in this trial. The results were as follows: compared with the control, the concentrations of BUN and MUN of group Ⅰ -Ⅲhad no difference and the milk production and composition increased; the concentrations of BUN and MUN of group Ⅳ-Ⅵ were significantly higher than that of control, however,the milk production and fat percentage decreased and the percentage of milk protein and concentration of milk sugar decreased significantly.There was high relationship between the concentrations of B U N and M UN of dairy cows(r=0.8974,P〈0.01).
    Effects of Microecological Products on the Caecal Flora of Zi Geese

    120 Heilongjing Zi geese were divided into three groups randomly (control and test Ⅰ , Ⅱ groups), every group has forty. The control group was fed with base feed, the group Ⅰ and Ⅱ were appended 1.5,1.0 mL/ kg microecological products daily for 90 d in base feed. The result indicated: Compared with the control, the number of lactobacillus af caecum in the experiments Ⅰ , Ⅱ were all more (P〈0.05), the number of colibacillus and salmonella were all much fewer (P〈0.05). The daily consuming of feed and fresh proportion of the experiment groups had significant difference compared with the control (P〈0.05). The experiment showed that the microecological products had the function of regulating the important flora with impact on caecum, and increased the immune function and growth performance.
