Abstract: The poor feeds stability, too high stocking density, little water renewal would lead to the accumulation of feed-residue and excretions and induce the deterioration of water quality in aquicuhure. The water quality was mainly indicated by the variations of indices including pH value, dissolved oxygen content, chemical oxygen consumption, transparency, ammonia nitrogen content, nitrite content and sulfide concn, of water. The deterioration of water quality would cause fish to infect disease, even to die very easily. The mechanism and control approach of main water quality factors influencing the growth of fish were disussed by the writer.
