Strengthening The Construction of Laboratory Team

Abstract: Lab construction is important for talent cultivation and scientific research in universities, but the currently experimental talent teams has seriously hampered the long-term sustainable development of universities. By analyzing the present status of laboratory talent team, some measures and proposals for construction of laboratory teams were put forward to provide the reference to long-term development of laboratory in this paper.
