Identification of Brucella in Dairy Cow by PCR

Abstract: The milk samples and relative samples of lung, liver, spleen etc. in aborted fetus of dairy cow infected with Brucella suspiciously in an area of Inner Mongolia were collected and 11 pathogenic strains were isolate and cultured. 11 pathogenic strains were identified as BruceUa and confirmed as B. abortus biovar 5, 6, 9 or 3b by using 4 kinds of PCR methods as BCSP31-PCR, VirB8-PCR, multiplex PCR and AMOS-PCR.
