Abstract: The engineer of Returning Cultivated Land to Forests in northeast forest area was anaylsed in the paper, the measures and methods in choice of tree species, density of plantation, configure of standing forest, model of forestation and survival rate should be improve according to silviculture and ecology combinated with previous problems, it can provide theoretical guidance and technical supporting for establishing a healthy, steady and sustainable forest ecological system during the eleventh five-year plan in northeast forest area.
