The effect of dimethyl sulfoxide on the activity of mushroom tyrosinase was carried out by enzymological kinetic method with the condition of 25℃ and pH 6.8 phosphate solution buffer. The results showed that the diphenolase activity increased with increase of of DMSO based on the prior volume fraction was less than 25 % in the reaction system. Contrarily, the activity of diphenolase sharply decreased. The action mechanism of DMSO was explored in this paper, which provided scientific basis for development of medicines to treat the diseases associated with tyrosinase-induced.

Liver and pancreas, derived from endoderm, are both important digestive organs. In vertebrate, liver and pancreas extensively take part in metabolism of glycogen, lipids and protein. Their development is a coordinated sequence of processes, and eontrolled by multi-signal pathways and transcription factors. Based on the above-mentioned facts and obviously medical importance, the molecular mechanisms of their development were elucidated in the paper, it will be useful for better understanding of diseases which are relative to liver and pancreas, and it also provide molecular theory for diagnosis and treatment.

The 92 strains of cellulose-decomposing microorganisms were isolated from soil with timber plant stacked, ten colonies with distinct red zones were selected from them by congo red agar medium. By measuring the enzyme activity of liquid culture filtrates, A strain （Trichoderma reesei FYFJ928 ）was obtained with higher eellulase activity,and the filter paper enzyme （FPA） was 8.3 IU/mL. T. reesei was cultured in different medium to study the ability of producing cellulase at 28℃ with rotate speed at 200 r/min. The optimum medium was determined as follows： 0.5 % yeast extract, 0.06 % MgSO4, 0.5 % NaH2PO4, 2 % glucose, 2 % corn steep liquor, 0.5 % （NH4）2SO4 and 8 % cellulose powder, the FPA was 15.8 IU/mL under the optimized culture medium after cultured for 6 days.

The occurrence rates of hepatic cirrhosis and liver cancer respectively were 2 % and 1% among patients infected by HBV. Different minorities themselves have distinct methods to treat it and the effects are evident. The aim was to explore the antitumor effect of mistletoee extract （ME） on resisting tumor in mice with sarcoma S 180 in the study.Sarcoma180 mice bearing in solid form and ascites form respectively was injected into sarcoma with the dosage of 1.65 mg/（kg·d） to 15 mg/（kg·d） of ME for 9 days continuously, then these indexes respectively was examined including tumor weight, inhibitory ratio of tumor growth, number of spleen nucleated cells, spleen index （SI）, survival time and histopathology of tumor tissues and several viscera. Inhibitory ratio of tumor growth reached 14.7 % to 28.3 % after injected, and the treated in survival time and SI both were higher than that of the control （P〈0.01）, in histology, the treated tumors was encapsulated in firm connective tissue, while the control was loosely structured connective tissue.Seen from the result, there is an anti-tumor effect of the mistletoe in vivo, and it may be associated with the increase in protecting spleen function.

Dynamic monitor of cultivated lands is to master quality of cultivated lands with real-time and real-spot, it can require information of change quickly. Combining other data to analyse and praising the change of plantation quality, adopting scientific and reasonable spatial sampling method, the research investigates main indexes and attributes affecting the plantation quality. The feasibility on using remote sensing to dynamically monitor cultivated lands quality was analysed, and the information system for monitoring its quality was preliminarily constructed in the study.

A systemic investigation was conducted with combination of field observation and trial indoor to ascertain flora of medicinal Pteridophyte in Hebei province. The result showed that there were 61 species in the flora belonging to 28 genera and 19 families, the dominant families were Athyriaceae and Dryopteridaeeae, the dominant genera were Equisetum, A diantum and A thyrium. The type of the genus of medicinal Pteridophyte in this flora reflects the distinctive temperate trait, the ratio of temperate zone group was dominant, but only a certain ratio in tropics group.

15 blood physiological indexes of 21 healthy horses from Yanqi in xinjiang province respectively were detected by Abbott CD1200-Automatic Blood Analyzer including erythrocytes, leucocytes and blood plaque. However,at present, the report of blood indicators on horse in China is few, and there still isn＇t the report on horse blood parameters of yanqi. The results can provide reference for horse clinical cure.

H.chrysotricha is a commonly eivil herb, it is composed of iridoids, triterpenoid, flavonoids, sterol and glycoside. In this study, flavanoids from H.ehrysotrieha were analyzed with LC-MC. Lutin and isorhamnetin-3-O-[6-O-α-L-（isoduleite）]-β-D-glucoside were identified from it.

To determine the content of flavonoids glycosides in Ginkgo exotesta of both eultivals of fozhi and Dongtinghuang by RP- HPLC.Methods：The separation was performed by using Shim-Paek VP- ODS C18（ 150 min×4.6 ram,5 min）column with a mobile phase consisting of a mixture of methanol- 0.4 % phosphoric acid （50：50） with column temperatur of 30 ℃ and flow rate of 1 mL/min and detective wavelength of 360 nm. The standard curves were made by using quereetin, kaempferol and isorhamnetin as external standard method. The content of flavonoids glycosides in Ginkgo exotesta of both euhivars of fozhi euhivar and Dongtinghuang respectively were 0.134 % and 0.150 %.The content of flavonoids glycosides was different between fozhi and Dongtinghuang, The content of fozhi euhivar was higher than that of Dongtinghuang.

In this paper, cellulose acetate electrophoresis and UV spectrophotometry were used to determine Gentamicin in foam extracted by BSA. In UV spectrophotometry method, 620 nm was selected as a criterion for quantitative determination. The results indicated that there is a better linear relationship between the absorbance and the concentration of the sample with the condition that combo concentration of gentamiein and amino black 10 B was 1.25 to 10 μg/mL, the correlation coefficient was 0.999 6, and the mean rate of recovery was 100.59 %.

In this study, an lateral flow strip for the determination of Furahadone Metabolin（FM-AOZ）was made. A monoclonal antibody against （FM-AOZ） was covalcntly conjugated with fluorescent nanoparticle, and was employed in the development of lateral flow strip assay. Crossing-reaction could be emerged between the prepared strip and FM-AOZ, but it didn＇t react to others. It could satisfy the need of detection with1.0 ng/mL of its sensitivity, meanwhile it also could be used semi-quantitative test of FM-AOZ through observing the brightness between detection line and quality control line with eye. The conclusion was made that FM-AOZ from foods can be detected by it.

VC can reduce Fe^3＋ into Fe^2＋ in acid solution, Fe^2＋ reacts with phenanthroline to form an orange complex and the speetrophotometrie signal was enhanced by [3-eyc]odextrin. According to the above results, a new method of sensitized speetrophotometry with mieellar system has been developed to analyse content of VC. Beer＇s law is obeyed in the concentration range of 0-9.8μg/mL, the apparent molar absorptivity of the complex is 1.52×10^4 L/（mol·cm）at λmax=510 nm, and it enhances 40 % compared with the absence of β-eyclodextrin.This above-mentioned method was applied to detect of the content of/VC in the fruits and vegetables, the relative standard deviations for five testes on the three kinds of fruits and vegetables respectively was 2.7, 2.8 and 2.4, and the recovery rates respectively were 95.7 %-103.1% ,96.1%-101.8 % and 96.4 %-103.5 %.

The experiment was conducted to study the effects of Chinese Herbal medicine content in diets towards Rex rabbit＇s Performance.The total of 60 Rex rabbits were selected and divided into six groups according to the principle of sexuality reciprocity. The basic diets of test groups were added with different dosage of Herbs, their body weight, body length and chest girth were measured after the trial, and after slaughtered area of pelt, carcass weight and dressing percentage were measured, feed reward and survival rate were also recorded.The result showed that the Rex rabbites feed with 1.2 % Herbs of diet in body weight gain was the highest, it increased 18 % with significant difference compared with the control （P〈0.05）, meanwhile herbs also could significantly promote the increasing of the average daily gain, body length and pelt area of Rex rabbits.

Iron is an essential mineral element for piglets, if iron from breast milk can not satisfy the normal requirements of piglets without effective supplement methods, piglets are inclined to have occurrence of anemia and other diseases. Compared with inorganic and simply organic iron, chelated iron of amino acid has advantage of higher bioaetivity, lower pollution and higher safety. Biochemical compositions of Saanen dairy Goat milk and cow milk were detected by conventional method, and the comparative test also was made to determine their biochemical characteristics. The result indicated that the total protein, fat and dry material content in goat＇s milk was higher than that of cow＇s milk accordingly, but the lactose content relatively was low. Thus goat＇s milk can be regarded as an ideal and healthy milk.

The fruit-vegetable crisp is a new kind of long preservable food with dehydration by low-temperature and vacuum-fry technology. The advantages and disadvantages of four generations of its domestic production equipments were compared in the paper, and the critical control points affecting its production also were analyzed. From the point of practical production, the conclusion was made that the Fourth Generation equipment is the first choice for the production of fruit-vegetable crisp.

The aim was to explore the processing technology of porcupine meat sausage in the research.According to orthogonal test design of L9 （34）, the tests on pickle agent, optimum formula of raw materials, optimum formula of condiment and processing parameters were made to detemline their conditions. The result indicated that porcupine meat sausage in flavor, elasticity and texture state was optimum with the ratio of 8 portion porcupine meat and 2 portion fat meat. The optimum formula of pickle agent was 100 mg/kg sodium nitrite, 0.5 %compound phosphate and pickling time of 36 h, the condiment formula was 1.5 % white sugar, 3.0 % common salt, 0.3 % monosodium glutamate and 1.5 %spice.The sausage could get higher quality under baked at 55 ℃for 24 hours.It deepened the food processing technology of porcupine meat, and it also provides a new approach for processing of porcupine meat.

The study on content of cholesterol in the yolks by comparing local eggs with general eggs was made in the article. The result showed that the content of cholesterol in the yolks of local eggs （21.08 mg/g） is obviously higher than that of general eggs （ 16.69 mg/g） （P〈0.05）.Thus the suggestion was made that it shouldn＇t eat more than two eggs for everyone each day.

Pachyhynobius shangchengensis is an endemic hynobiidae in China, but it didn＇t be widely known by most people because the time of discovery is short, population is small and distribution is narrow. In present paper, its taxonomic history, morphology, habitat and distribution and the present situation are introduced briefly to provide reference for the researcher. At the same time, the advices were also given according to the present situation to provide reference for government to establish the protective measures.

The four kinds of alfalfa hay, selenium rich type, selenium-cobalt rich type, selenium-eobah-zine rich type and common type, were added up to cow diet to determine their effects on growth and production performance of cow, The results showed that affalfa hay of rich selenium could not only enhance body length , heart girth and body weight compared to common alfalfa hay, but also daily milk yield could increase by 8.6 %, the feed to milk ratio decrease by 12.17 %, and the conversion and utilization rate of feeds also have been improved. Meanwhile Alfalfa hay of rich selenium-cobah could markedly raise fat content of milk reaching 22.15 %, content of protein, lactose and solid not fat respectively increase by 9.28 %, 3.26 % and 4.69 %. In milk practical production, specific alfalfa hay of rich selenium should be chosen to be added up to diets according to the demands.

DH of 282 dairy eows with 1-7 parity were determined at one dairy farm of Henan province, SCC of different parities and lactation month were analysed, and milk composition of different SCC level also were detected. The result indicated that rising of SCC was correlective to increase of parity, its level in the early and late-stage was higher than that of theintermediate stage, SCC could impaet milk yields of dairy eows signifieantly, and also milk fat and milk protein percentage to a certain degree.

The aim is to ensure optimal sowed period of the grass sorghum Focao No.1 in the Pearl River Delta in the study. The Focao No.1 was sowed with different time, and biologic yield and fruits yield respectively was detected after the trial The result showed that its biologic yield was higher than that of others on 30, April, but the fruit yield was higher than that of others on 10, May. Accordingly, the optimal sowing period should be ensured according to the demands.

Multi-indexes, which can representatively reflect plant Heat-resistance, were applied to valuate the heat-resistance of 4 varieties alfalfa with different fall dormancy classes in this experiment. The results of heat injury and recovery index showed that WL- 525HQ is higher, and WL-232HQ is poorer in heat-resistance. Based on the analysis of subjection function, the order of heat-resistance for the 4 alfalfa varieties were arrayed as the following： WL-525HQ〉WL-414HQ〉WL-323HQ〉WL-232HQ, the varieties with high class of fall dormancy performed higher heat-resistance.

Overgrazing, conflicts between grass and tivestocks, damages of rats and insects, man-made sabotage are main problems in the Tibet grassland.With applying the mode of enclosed in winter and fed in summer in the north of Tibet, the average yield of fresh grsss of man-made grassland is above 28 500 kg/hm^2. In the natural improved grassland with uncultured and resowed, the sorts of grass increased 5-8 varieties, and the height of elymus dahuricus and the sedge respectively was higher than that of the control area for 18 cm and 4 cm, and the total covering degree also was 20 % higher than that of the control. In trial area of fertilization, its height was 1.5 em higher than that of the control, the total covering degree increased from 55 % to 90 %, the covering rate increased by 35 %. Reasonable grazing capacity, setting up man-made grassland, improving natural grassland and developing grass-planting and breeding are the main strategies for us to resolvic the grassland problems in Tibet.

It was mainly caused by unreasonale deforestation, unadaptable cultivation, immoderate mining and abuses of water resources and so on. Based on the above facts, finding some new measures or substitutable technologies are necessary to avoid the desertification caused by these destructive factors.
