Abstract: As one of basic polypeptide,antimicrobial peptides have antibacterial activity. It was first found from haemolymph of insect diapause pupa,studies show it has extensive biology activity and the prospect of application is favorable. Therefore,the paper reviewed its categorization and mechanism of anti-bacteria.
