Serology Test on Experimental Hyperuricemia Chicken

Abstract: 50-day-old Huainan Spotted chicken were selected in the study and randomly divided into 4 groups with 20 in each group. They were respectively fed high-protein diet (group A), high calcium diet (group B ), high calcium and high-protein diet (group C ) and normal diet (group D). At 0,14,28 and 42 d, the serum was isolated by vein blood from theses chickens,and biochemical indexes were determined. The result showed that the increasing speed and extent of hyperuricemia is as following: group C〉 group A〉group B〉 group D.
