Abstract: Chicken coccidiosis is mainly caused by intestinal protozoan parasites belonging to Eimeria.It occurs in almost all chicken farms.Particularly with the development of large-scale and intensive poultry industry,coccidiosis has become a global disease which restricts the production and development of intensive poultry.Its prevention and control have also attracted attention from veterinary workers.The coccidiosis infection was investigated in a county in Hebei Province from February 2010 and April 2010.Its epidemiology,clinical diagnosis,necropsy,laboratory diagnosis,and drug treatment were also investigated.The results showed that the incidence of coccidiosis was 15%-30%,and the mortality rate was almost zero.
