Abstract: With the rapid development of intensive culture,diseases occurs frequently.Particularly,trionyx sinesis virus（TSV） and white spot syndrome virus（WSSV） infection occurred in recent years.And the infection can not be controlled by conventional methods and has caused some economic loss to aquaculture.The hazard mechanism and integrated prevention and control of TSV and WSSV were described in order to provide a reference for effective control of viral infection.
