Abstract: Feed Hygiene and Safety Science is an important course in major of animal science, and the teaching quality of this course is directly associated with the graduates′ performance when they were engaged in feed related industries and with the approval degree of enterprise to graduates. According to the development of discipline and the trend of talent training, the existing problems in Feed Hygiene and Safety Science teaching were analyzed, and teaching contents, teaching methods as well as the modern teaching methods were reformed and explored, so as to improve the teaching quality of this course.
