Abstract: The distribution of pork, beef and mutton production in China was analyzed by using Geo Da software. The results revealed that all of the pork, beef and mutton production showed a rising tendency, but their changing rate in different period varied; the pork, beef and mutton production expressed cluster state; the cluster significance of pork production was increasing but that of beef and mutton production was reducing; the distribution of pork production mainly clustered in South China but that of beef and mutton production mainly clustered in North China; the gravity center trajectory of pork production was in Hubei Province and moved to southeast direction, the gravity center trajectory of beef production was in Shanxi Province and moved to west direction, the gravity center trajectory of mutton production was in Shaanxi Province and moved to north direction.
