Abstract: The impacting factors of experimental data collected in implementation process of National Herbage Cuhivar Regional Test Program from 2008 to 2016 were summarized, and corresponding countermeasures to improve the accuracy and reliability of experimental data were proposed, so as to standardize the implementation process of National Herbage Cuhivar Evaluation Program in Qinghai Province.
