Abstract: Cashmere goat industry is an important constituent of Chinese animal husbandry＇. There are plenty of variety resources of Cashmere goat and the industry has developed rapidly in china. In this paper, by comparing variety characteristic at home and abroad and evaluating the production characteristics of Cashmere goat industry in China, industry status, industrial advantage and prospects of the industry in China were clarified and the developing goal and strategy of Chinese Cashmere goat industry were also proposed.
