Abstract: The production, processing and trade of cattle, pigs, sheep and eggs have formed a certain scale in Huaihe River Basin in modem times. The production and trade of fresh water aquaculture, fishing industry and offshore fisheries have been steadily developed. This is not only an important part of the development of commodity economy in rural areas of Hualhe River Basin in modem times but also the important performance of the transition of animal husbandry and aquaculture to the commercial production.
