Abstract: Cellular culture of canine parvovirus(CPV) were subcultured in F81 cell line for proliferation and then inactivated by formaldehyde to prepare propolis-adjuvant vaccine.Goats were immunized with the vaccine, and the immune effect was observed. The results showed that the CPV antibodies were at a low level in the goats inoculated with the vaccine at a constant dosage of 5 mL per goat four times, and the HI titer on Day 28 was 1:128.The CPV antibodies were at a low level in the goats inoculated with the vaccine four times(5,10,15 and 20 mL per goat),and the HI titer on Day 28 was 1:512,2 titers higher than in the former goats. The results showed that the inactivated propolis-adjuvant canine parvovirus cellular vaccine can induce high level of specific antibodies.
