Abstract: Reduction,hazard-free treatment,utilization,and ecologicalization of livestock and poultry waste can be achieved through the management of livestock excreta,combination of farming with animal husbandry,and comprehensive utilization.The paper introduces the main practices and effectiveness of Lin′an City of Zhejiang Province to create a low carbon economy of animal husbandry and also analyzes the main problems in the comprehensive management of livestock excreta in the large-scale livestock farms in Lin′an City.And corresponding countermeasures were put forward.
