Abstract: The aim of the study was to research the in silico pharmacology of a traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) prescription in immune aspect. And the compound effects were explained at the molecular level.Using computer aided drug design(CADD),virtual screening was conducted to search for the formula′s molecules that affect four immune related targets: endothelial nitric oxide synthase(eNOS),inducible nitric oxide synthase(iNOS),adenosine A2A receptor(A2AR),and matrix metalloproteinase-8(MMP-8).The number of molecules having potential biological interaction with the above-mentioned targets was 153,194,63 and 24,respectively.The study illustrated the silico pharmacology of the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) prescription in immune aspect as well as compound effect at the molecular level. This will provide a scientific basis for clinical application of the TCM compound and give a hint to find new entities for sepsis drugs.
