Overview of Healthcare Egg with Low Cholesterol

Abstract: Eating healthcare egg with low cholesterol can lower blood pressure and blood sugar and can also prevent some diseases such as cardiovascular disease and diabetes mellitus which are susceptible to the elderly.The paper describes briefly the healthcare function of healthcare egg with low cholesterol,the regulation and control mechanism of cholesterol contents in the eggs,the development method and prospects.
