Abstract: Canine artificial fertilization is a progressive breeding technology. The paper reviews the present research of every stages of artificial fertilization including semen collection, quality evaluation, diluents selection, semen freezing and unfreezing, and insemination sites, so as to provide a reference for research about canine semen freezing, breeding and artificial insemination.
