烤烟对不同土壤类型中镉的吸收及其分配

Cadmium Uptake of Flue-cured Tobacco in Different Soil Types and its Distribution

摘要: 采用盆栽试验方法,研究了烤烟对不同土壤类型中1.0~2.5g/kg镉的吸收及其体内分配。试验结果,添加2.0g/kg以下镉对烤烟生长影响较小,但烟叶中已大量积累。地上部分在未添加镉时,镉含量大小顺序依次为紫色土、水稻土、红壤。而地下部分则为红壤、水稻土、紫色土;在添加镉时。都是水稻土、紫色土、红壤;且不同土壤类型积累镉能力均有所不同。随着施镉量的增加。烟株各器官镉含量和总量均呈递增趋势,但增长幅度均呈下降趋势。现蕾期未添加镉时,各部位镉的含量大小顺序依次为叶、根、花、茎;当施用镉时。各部位镉的含量大小顺序为叶、花、茎、根。其中,烟叶是镉累积最大的部位,而花的镉累积上升最慢。

Abstract: Cadmium uptake and distribution of flue-cured tobacco in different Soil types were studied by the pot experiment.The results indicated that Cd had little effect on the growth of flue-cured tobacco under the level of 2g/kg,but its accumulation was abundant in the leaf of tobacco.Without Cd application,the content of Cd in the plant above the soil (except root)was purple soil〉 paddy soil 〉red soil,but in the plant root was red soil〉paddy soil 〉purple soil.The others were paddy soil, purple soil〉red soil,the capacity of accumulation were different in different soil type. The total content of Cd increased with the increasing of Cd levels,but the rate of increasing dropped.Without Cd application,the content of Cd in the plant was leaf〉root 〉flower〉stem.However with the Cd application,the content of Cd was leaf〉flower 〉stem 〉root.So greatest accumulation in the leaf was found,but flower has low accumulation rate of Cd.
