Abstract: According to the variance plant from local Yellow Millet mutant,Chi Mi-1 is formed through years of selection by Institute of Agricultural Sciences of Chifeng City,the procreate time is 102 days. When participated in municipality trial during 2007 to 2008,the average output is 258.8 kilograms / mu,whieh was increased 12.1% compared with the control trial.In 2008 participated in municipality produce trial,the average output is 361.8 kilograms/mu,which was increased 12.2% compared with the control.Chi Mi-1 has many characteristics than original varieties such as higher output,anti-shattering,strong resistance and good grain quality.
