秸秆还田对烤烟根际微生物种群数量的影响

Studies of Influence on Flue-cured Tobacco's Rhizosphere Microorganismpopulation Quantity by Straw

摘要: 为了改善土壤质量,提高烟叶品质,探讨秸秆还田对植烟土壤根际微生物的影响,对麦秆还田、稻秆还田、无秸秆还田进行了比较试验。利用选择培养基,以麦秆还田、稻秆还田的植烟土壤为对象,无秸秆还田植烟土壤作为对照,对烟草根际微生物(主要是细菌、真菌、放线菌)进行了分离和测数。结果表明,秸秆还田能明显的增加植烟土壤根际微生物的数量。还田的秸秆种类不同,根际不同的微生物数量变化不一样。总体来说,麦秆还田的植烟土壤根际细菌和放线菌数量最多,稻秆还田的植烟土壤根际细菌和放线菌数量次之,空白对照组的植烟土壤根际细菌和放线菌数量最少。根际真菌的数量,空白对照组的土壤中最多,麦秆还田的次之,稻秆还田的真菌数量最少。从不同秸秆还田的植烟土壤中分离的根际自生固氮菌、磷细菌、钾细菌以革兰氏阴性杆菌为主,分别属于10个属,不同秸秆还田条件对根际3类细菌的种类和数量都有影响。

Abstract: In order to improve soil quality 、the quality of tobacco and inquire into tobacco soil rhizosphere microbial effecting on straw field.So we do this test to compare the straw field with without straw field.[Method]Using the selective medium,a straw field and the rice field soil for the Tobacco targets,the without straw soil as a control tobacco,the tobacco rhizosphere microbial(mainly bacteria,fungi,actinomycetes) were isolated and measured The results show that the straw can significantly increase the tobacco planting soil rhizosphere microbial,s quantity.As the different types of straw,the rhizosphere microbial,s number is different.Overall,the number of the straw field Tobacco soil rhizosphere bacteria and actinomycetes is largest,and the number of the rice field Tobacco soil rhizosphere bacteria and actinomycetes is less than that,and the blank control group Tobacco soil rhizosphere bacteria and actinomycetes is the least.The number of the blank control group of fungi is the largest,followed by the straw field,the rice field is the least.The rhizosphere of the nitrogen-fixing bacteria,bacterial phosphorus and the potassium separating from the different straw soil mainly belong to Gram-negative bacilli bacteria and belong to a 10 separately.The different conditions of the straw field can effect the three rhizosphere bacteria,s type and quantity.Because of the three soil microbial ratio is a measure of the soil,s fertility.Using the straw field can increase the number of rhizosphere bacteria and actinomycetes and improve the soil,s fertility.
