Summarize of Cell Disruption Technique and Application

摘要: 许多生物分子都位于细胞内,当人们需要对其进行研究或应用时,就需要进行细胞破碎,将其释放出来。文章概述了细胞破碎的机械破碎和非机械破碎方法及其相关应用,讨论了各种方法的特点及存在的问题,最后展望了细胞破碎技术的发展方向。

Abstract: A lot of biological molecules are inside the cell, and they must be released from it. This is achieved by cell disruption .The paper Cell disruption of mechanical and non-mechanical technique and application were summarized. Features and problems of these techniques were discussed. In the end, the development of ultrasonic cell disruption technique was forecasted.
