摘要: 试验以蓖麻为研究对象,优化从叶柄中提取蛋白的过程,利用BCA试剂盒、UVwin5紫外软件V5.1.0、BandScan蛋白定量分析软件相结合的方法对蓖麻组培苗不同部位的叶柄中毒蛋白的含量进行测定.为研究蓖麻毒蛋白在蓖麻组织培养植株不同部位的分布情况奠定基础。结果表明:从总体上看,蓖麻叶柄中的毒蛋白的含量与叶位呈正比,即随着叶位的升高,叶柄中的毒蛋白含量增加。
Abstract: With castor as the research object, determination of the ricin content in different petioleof castor was made by using the BCA kit,UVwin5 ultraviolet and analysis software of BandScan protein quantitative after optimization the process of protein extracted from the petiole. The foundation for the distribution in different position of castor plant was set up. Overall, the results showed that the content of ricin in castor petioleof was proportional to the leaf position.
