Abstract: Neinong No.1 as the material,planted in Salaqi and Severe saline-alkali land of Hailiutu using field cuhivation, Sudan grass agronomic characters under different soil conditions and planting density were researched.The results indicated that Neinong No.1 had significant difference in plant height,leaf area under different density on July 27 in Salaqi and the same results occurred in Hailiutu（P〈0.05） on the same day.Plant height, leaf area,stem diameter,fresh weight per plant,sugar degree of hammer all had significant difference under different density on September 16 in Salaqi and Hailiutu. Comprehensive analysis of Sudan grass farming,as the density in 8-12 cm planting distance grass yield was highest,Salaqi had superior in agronomic characters than Hailiutu under same density in same day.
