摘要: 为分析扁穗冰草(Agropyron cristatum)抗旱特性,以扁穗冰草实生苗为研究材料,进行干旱胁迫条件下脯氨酸、过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、丙二醛(MDA)、可溶性糖生理指标的测定及用Real-time qPCR方法分析扁穗冰草PLD基因表达差异。结果表明,不同渗透胁迫条件下扁穗冰草的脯氨酸、POD和可溶性糖含量的变化以及扁穗冰草PLD基因表达量都与扁穗冰草渗透胁迫相关。
Abstract: For the purpose of investigating drought resistance of Agropyron cristatum,the seedlings were sampled in Osmotic stress conditions for examining the physiological indicators of praline acid, peroxidase (POD),catalase (CAT),malondialdehyde (MDA) and soluble sugar content, and Real-time qPCR analysis of PLD gene expression differences. The results showed that, under Osmotic stress,the changes of proline, POD and soluble sugar content correlated with PLD gene expression significantly on Agropyron cristatum. The research provided physiological understanding for drought resistance and a guide for germplasm screening of A gropyron cristatum.
