Abstract: The average temperature, highest temperature, lowest temperature of climate trends and characteristics in Jining area from 1971-2010 was analyzed in this paper, the results showed that the warming was significant between 40 years, the rate of average temperature increasing more than the national and Inner Mongolia average level, and showed the asymmetric warming, the lowest temperature increasing early at high rate, and mutation analysis also proved that. In addition, through the wavelet coefficients of real component analysis, the average temperature and the highest and lowest temperature changes in Jining area of nearly 40 years were mainly at tO years cyclical swings.
