蓖麻主穗开花期的主基因+多基因混合遗传分析

Major gene plus poly-gene inheritance analysis of the main spike flowing period in castor(Ricinuscommunis L.)

摘要: 以早熟蓖麻雌性系材料06410和晚熟恢复系材料064019及其杂交6个世代群体为材料,应用植物数量性状主基因+多基因混合遗传模型进行联合遗传分析。结果表明:蓖麻杂交种F1的开花期介于双亲之间,值倾向于亲本06410(P1);开花期性状受两对主基因加性-显性-上位性主基因+加性-显性-上位性多基因控制;B1、B2和F2世代主基因遗传率分别为44.7%、22.5%和87.1%,主基因遗传率中偏低,受到环境因素的影响比较大。

Abstract: The mixed major-gene plus polygene inheritance model was used to analyze the inbred line 06410(P1)and 064019(P2)and their F1,F2,B1,B2.The results showed the flowing period was controlled tow major genes with additive-dominanceepistatic effects(E model)in hybrid(064019*06410).The heritability of the major genes in B1,B2 and F2were44.7%,22.5% and87.1% respectively.Main genetic rate low,under the influence of environmental factors larger.
