Response of storage aging to physiological and biochemical of Allium mongolicum seedling

摘要: 以室温贮藏5年内的沙葱种子为试验材料,基质播种,测定其幼苗阶段抗氧化系统和贮藏物质含量的变化,研究其贮藏陈化过程中幼苗的生理生化变化,探讨沙葱种子寿命及影响其寿命的因素,为种子贮藏及生产提供理论依据及指导。结果表明,随着贮藏时间的延长,丙二醛(MDA)含量、超氧阴离子(O2-)产生速率均呈现先降低后升高的变化趋势,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性和可溶性糖含量整体趋于先升高后降低的变化趋势。

Abstract: s:Onion seeds at room temperature for five years in sand storage as the experimental material,with matrix sowing, antioxidant system and its seedling stage storage substance content changes were determined, we studied physiological and biochemical changes in the storage aging process, and explored the sand onion seed longevity and the factors that affect its life to provide theoretical basis and the instruction for its seed storage and production.The results showed that content of malondialdehyde (MDA),generation rate of superoxide anion radical (O2-) decreased at first,then increased with the extension of storage time.activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD),catalase ( CAT) and content of soluble sugar increased at first,then decreased.
