基于Java技术的土壤湿度报文传输程序设计实现

摘要: 气象部门台站每个月中每旬逢周三发布的10 cm到50 cm土壤湿度报,即TR报文均是手工编报,由于报文格式复杂,上传报文间隔时间长,导致报文内容经常会出现错误,影响传输质量和业务考核。该程序采用了Java技术实现报文的动态生成和Ftp形式的文件上传,可以减少台站人员工作量,完全避免报文格式的错误,提高报文传输质量。随着国家气象业务中大量先进网络信息技术与计算机技术的应用,传统的报文传输方式已经满足不了气象业务现代化的发展。针对气象部分业务中的农业气象报的上报流程进行了分析,设计出符合业务需求,功能完善的报文上传系统。该系统使用Java语言设计实现,通过Ftp连接方式,实现农业报文的上传,文章对该系统的主要功能、结构、实现方法和原理进行了分析和阐述。

Abstract: Meteorological stations publish data of 10 cm t o 50 cm soil moisture at every ten days every of each month Wednesday, The TR message are hand-made paper due to the complexity of the message format, and upload message interval time is long resulted errors in message content affected the transmission quality and business assessment. The Java program can generate dynamically message and FTP form file upload, which can reduce the workload, completely avoid the error message format and improve packet transmission quality. With the application of a large number of advanced network information technology and computer technology, the traditional packet transmission mode has not satisfied the development of meteorological service modernization. In this paper, we analyzed the reporting process of the meteorological service in the meteorological part of the business, and designed a system to meet the needs of the business. Using java language design, via FTP connections, The system achieved agricultural message upload, in this paper, the main functions of the system, structure and main method and principle were analyzed and explained.
