Abstract: Animal husbandry is not only the significant part of agriculture and it also reflects the level of people＇sconsumption. Its products also gradually occupy a more dramatic share in people＇s daily consumption. With the constantlyimproved income level of people, the livestock products consumption turns into a new stage, people pay more attention topursuing consumption of higher quality, more nutrition and health. Based on all above, some relative surveys were analyzedand researched to aim at guidance the present situation of livestock products consumption in Datong.
