Development achievements and the countermeasure proposals of Inner Mongolia science and technology in agriculture and animal husbandry

摘要: “十二五”期间,内蒙古自治区农牧业科技工作取得了长足的进步,农牧业科技进步贡献率达到了51.8%,粮食总产量稳定在270亿kg以上,全区牲畜存栏达到1.36亿头(只)以上。进入“十三五”,农牧业科技发展仍面临:投入严重不足、创新基础薄弱、管理滞后、科技成果转化率低的问题,这些矛盾和问题严重制约着农牧业科技进步和现代农牧业建设的发展。文章就“十三五”农牧业科技工作面临的问题进行分析,提出通过改革体制机制、主体积极参与创新、加快成果转化、强化人才队伍建设等措施,积极稳妥地推进“十三五”农牧业科技工作进程。

Abstract: In" 12th Five-Year"period ,the science and technology in agriculture and animal husbandry has made considerable progress in Inner Mongolia. Agricultural science and technology progress contribution rate reached to 51.8% ,the total grain output stable at more than 55 billion pounds, and the livestock to reach more than 136 million only, but at the same time, there were still many contradiction and problems in agriculture and animal husbandry science and technology development, it seriously restricted the Inner Mongolia agricultural science and technology progress and the construction of modern agriculture. The problems of agriculture and animal husbandry science and technology work were analyzed, and put forward the measures to actively and prudently proceed with work of agriculture and animal husbandry science and technology in "13th Five-Year" ,such as reform of the system mechanism ,take an active part in innovation,speed up the achievements transformation and strengthen the talent team construction.
