蝴蝶兰快速繁殖技术研究

Research on rapid propagation of phalaenopsis amabilis

摘要: 以蝴蝶兰花梗茎段为外植体材料,探索蝴蝶兰组培快繁技术体系,着重研究各阶段的最佳培养基及培养程序。结果表明:适合花梗诱导芽的培养基是1/2MS+6-BA 2.5 mL+NAA 0.5 mL;适合增殖的培养基是MS+6-BA 5.0 mL+NAA 0.5 mL;适合生根的培养基是1/2MS。达到出瓶标准的组培苗进行适当的炼苗处理后,移栽到湿润的海苔中,环境湿度保持在85%以上。

Abstract: The aim was to research the rapid propagation of phalaenopsis amabilis,especially the optimum formula of culture medium and culture procedure at each phase were researched by taking peduncles after flowering period as explants.The results showed that:the optimum medium for inducing the peduncles of phalaenopsis amabilis was 1/2MS+6-BA2.5 mL+NAA0.5 mL;the optimum medium for proliferation coefficient of phalaenopsis amabilis was MS+6-BA5.0 mL+NAA0.5 mL;the optimum medium for rooting of phalaenopsis amabilis was 1/2MS contained 10%banana puree.After training,the cultured plantlets was transplanted in wet algae and keep the humidity above 85%.
