摘要： 文章从各部门及各机构的职责分工以及有必要掌握的验收流程及所需附件,还有财务助理应具备的业务能力三个方面谈了科研院所执行国家各类重大专项如何实现财务助力的问题,并指出审计部门对项目关注的重点。

Abstract: From the division of duties of departments and agencies and the acceptance process and the required attachments which is necessary to grasp and the ability which financial assistant should have three aspects,the research institutes should carry out their work in all kinds of major projects to implement the financial power,and the project focus for auditing department was point out in the article.
