摘要: 建立了一种快速检测红小豆、绿豆、高粱米3种粮谷中8种农残的方法。样品经乙腈提取,超高效液相色谱—质谱仪检测,简化了净化和浓缩两个步骤,大大节省了检测时间。结果表明:8种农药残留的平均加标回收率为80.20%-125.55%,相对标准偏差为0.2%-7.0%,除1种农残回收率稍高于120%,其他7种农残回收率都在允许范围之内,基本可以满足粮谷中多种农残的检测需要。
Abstract: A rapid detection of eight kinds of pesticide residues in red bean,mung bean and sorghum rice was established.The samples were extracted by acetonitrile and detected by ultra high performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry.Two steps of purification and concentration were simplified.Results show that standard addition recovery rate of eight kinds of pesticide residues was 80.20%-125.55% and relative standard deviation was 0.2%-7.0%.The standard addition recovery rates of seven pesticide residues were in the allowed range besides one is slightly higher than 120%.The method could be used in the determination of many kinds of pesticide residues in grain.
