黄瓜自交系及其F1代杂交种田间耐低温性的研究

Study on resistance to low temperrature in cucumber inbred lines and their F1 hybrids

摘要: 试验以课题组选育的黄瓜自交系及其F1代杂交种为材料,设定4月10日、4月15日、4月20日3个不同的播期,通过调查3个播期下的地温、气温和相对湿度以及11个黄瓜材料的出苗率和出苗指数,对黄瓜各材料做出耐冷性评价。结果表明:不同黄瓜材料在不同播期下的出苗率和出苗指数有显著差异,据此把试验材料划分为3个等级。长春密刺自交系×津研七号自交系、长春密刺自交系×宁阳大刺自交系、新泰密刺自交系×津研七号自交系、新泰密刺自交系×宁阳大刺自交系、山东密刺自交系×津研七号自交系属于高耐低温材料;山东密刺自交系×宁阳大刺自交系、长春密刺自交系、山东密刺自交系属于中耐低温材料;新泰密刺自交系、津研七号自交系、宁阳大刺自交系属于低耐低温材料。

Abstract: The Cucumber inbred lines and their F1 hybrids were used as materials in this study,the experiment aimed to evaluate the cold tolerance of cucumber by studying the field sprouting rate and sprouting index in April 10th,April 15th,April 20th.Simultaneously,the soil temperature,air temperature and relative humidity under three sowing dates were investigated.The results showed that there was a significant difference in the sprouting ability of different cucumber materials in different sowing time,by which the test materials of this group were divided into three grades.The hybrids of Chang×Jin,Chang×Ning,Xin×Jin,Xin×Ning and Shan×Jin were belonged to strong low temperature resistant materials;the hybrids of Shan×Ning,the lines of Chang×Shan were belonged to mid low temperature resistant materials;the lines of Xintai,Jinyan and Ningyang were belonged to weak low temperature resistant materials.
