基于AMMI模型的黄淮海夏玉米基因型与环境互作效应对产量性状的影响分析

Impacts of genotype-environment interaction effect on yield traits of summer maize in Huang-Huai-Hai area based on AMMI model

摘要: 【目的】准确评价基因型与环境互作效应对夏玉米品种产量性状稳定性的影响,探究适合黄淮海夏玉米区多点测试的统计分析方法。【方法】利用AMMI模型,在21个不同试点对2019年度黄淮海夏玉米区多点测试中的15个参试品种(对照品种为郑单958)进行籽粒产量、单穗粒重和百粒重的测定,并进行基因型效应、环境效应以及基因型与环境互作效应分析。【结果】籽粒产量、单穗粒重、百粒重3个产量性状的基因型效应、环境效应以及基因型与环境互作效应均达到极显著水平(P<0.01)。参试品种中,丰产、稳产的品种有衡玉7182和先玉335;单穗粒重高且稳定的品种有衡玉7182、滑玉168和隆平206;百粒重较高且稳定性较好的品种有东科301、联创5和衡玉7182;对照品种郑单958属于稳定性较好、产量性状表现一般的品种。【结论】衡玉7182丰产、稳定,是较为适宜黄淮海夏玉米区种植的品种;AMMI模型能够准确直观地对参试品种的稳定性作出评价,可以作为多点测试中夏玉米新品种筛选的分析方法。

Abstract: 【Objective】To accurately evaluate the impacts of genotype-environment interaction effect on the yield traits stability of summer maize varieties,and to assess the statistical analysis method suitable for multi-point test of summer maize in Huang-Huai-Hai area.【Methods】Using AMMI model,the grain yield,grain weight per panicle and 100 grain weight of 15 tested summer maize varieties(control variety Zhengdan 958)in the multi-point test in Huang-Huai-Hai area in the year of 2019 were measured in 21 different pilot sites,and the genotype effect,environment effect and genotype-environment interaction effect were analyzed.【Results】The genotype effect,environment effect and genotype-environment interaction effect of grain yield,grain weight per panicle and 100 grain weight reached an extremely significant level(P<0.01). Among the tested varieties,Hengyu 7182 and Xianyu 335 had high and stable yield;Hengyu 7182,Huayu 168 and Longping 206 had high and stable grain weight per panicle;Dongke 301,Lianchuang 5 and Hengyu 7182 had higher 100 grain weight and better stability;the control variety Zhengdan 958 had good stability and common yield traits.【Conclusion】Hengyu 7182 was a high-yield and stable variety,which was more suitable for planting in summer maize area of Huang-Huai-Hai area;AMMI model could accurately and intuitively evaluate the stability of the tested varieties,and could be used as an analysis method for summer maize new variety screening in multi-point test.
