Evaluation of Maize Germplasm in Field

摘要: 玉米作为在世界范围内广泛种植的重要的粮食、饲料和能源作物.其种质资源匮乏、遗传基础狭窄是目前制约玉米育种研究和生产水平提高的主要限制因素。因此.在玉米中了解种质资源的主要农艺性状,对于指导玉米育种是十分必要的。文章主要通过田间种植并调查记载.阐述玉米中综5号、中综7号两个品种资源的物候期、株高、茎粗、展叶数和可见叶片数以及花药颜色、花丝颜色、雄穗长、穗位高度、千粒重、穗行数、穗粒数等农艺性状的特性,为玉米种质创新、利用提供理论和物质基础。

Abstract: Maize as an important food,feed and energy crops,widely grown around the world,the maize germplasm resources are scarce,the genetic base of maize is narrow,they are the main limiting factors of breeding research and production constraints raise.Therefore,understanding the main agronomic traits of germplasm resources for maize breeding is necessary to guide the maize breeding.This article mainly through the planting in the field and investigating the records,expound china synthesize kind 5 and 7 of the maize two species in Thing Hou Qi,plant height,stem thick,having been spread out leaf numbers and leaf number can .be seen,as well as the thrum color,the filament color, Male Guangzhou length,Guangzhou position height,Weight of a thousand seeds,Guangzhou number of lines,Guangzhou number of seeds and other agronomic characters.For maize Idioplasm Innovation and using provide theory and material base.
