6种杀菌剂对番茄枯萎病菌的毒力测定

Toxicity tests of six fungicides against tomato Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. lycopersici

摘要: 为筛选有效控制番茄枯萎病的化学制剂,采用菌丝生长速率抑制法测定 75%百菌清可湿性粉剂、99%噁霉灵可湿性粉剂、70%甲基托布津可湿性粉剂、30%甲霜噁霉灵水剂、50%克菌丹可湿性粉剂、80%代森锰锌可湿性粉剂6 种杀菌剂对番茄枯萎病菌(Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. lycopersici)的毒力,结果显示:70%甲基托布津的毒力最高,其 EC50为1.10 mg/L。因此,几种药剂比较,筛选出70%甲基托布津可以作为防治番茄枯萎病的药剂。

Abstract: In order to screen the fungicides for effective control of tomato Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. lycopersici,the toxicity of six fungicides were tested using the mycelium growth rate inhibition methods.The six fungicides were 75% chlorothalonil WP,99% hymexazol WP,70% thiophanate-methyl WP,30% metalaxyl-hymexazol AS,50% captan WP and 80% mancozeb WP.The results showed that thiophanate-methyl had the best toxicity with an EC50 of 1.10 mg/L.Therefore,70% thiophanate-methyl WP can be used as an effective fungicide to control tomato Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. lycopersici.
