Abstract: In order to screen the fungicides for effective control of tomato Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. lycopersici, the toxicity of six fungicides were tested using the mycelium growth rate inhibition methods. The six fungicides were 75% chlorothalonil WP,99% hymexazol WP,70% thiophanate-methyl WP,30% metalaxyl-hymexazol AS,50% captan WP and 80% mancozeb WP.The results showed that thiophanate-methyl had the best toxicity with an EC50 of 1.10 mg/L.Therefore,70% thiophanate-methyl WP can be used as an effective fungicide to control tomato Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. lycopersici.

Key words: Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. lycopersici, Thiophanate-methyl, Toxicity determination
