Abstract: The effect of Phytohormone 6-BA and KT on Ammpiptanthus Mongolicus shoot differentiation during tissue culture had been studied with stem apex, stem segment, cotyledon, hypocotyl as explants respectively. Results showed that: shoots can regenerate from stem apex and stem segment when culture in MS medium with 1 and 2mg/L 6-BA, but the shoot leaf then vitrification and died. Normal shoot can formed when cuhured in low 6-BA medium (0.5,0.1,Omgh~). The shoot differentiation frequency is better higher in 0.5mg/L 6-BA. 0.5mg/L 6-BA can increase the differentiation frequency of cotyledon explants, and 0.5mg/L KT can increase the shoot differentiation frequency of hypocotyt during the differentiation of cotyledon and hypocotyl.
