    The export of Chinese agricultural products suffered many times through the green trade barrier. Parts of our agricultural products' exporting reduced sharply or lost completely. Strictly technical standard, complex tests and green authentication system are the main impacts on Chinese agricultural products. This paper analyses on the disadvantages of the green trade barrier, summarizes the reasons for restricting our exporting, and advances measures to answer it. Pointed out that while carries on the standard and construction of authentication system, we must take it to carry out the implementation, for enlarging our export of agricultural products.

    The effect of Phytohormone 6-BA and KT on Ammpiptanthus Mongolicus shoot differentiation during tissue culture had been studied with stem apex, stem segment, cotyledon, hypocotyl as explants respectively. Results showed that: shoots can regenerate from stem apex and stem segment when culture in MS medium with 1 and 2mg/L 6-BA, but the shoot leaf then vitrification and died. Normal shoot can formed when cuhured in low 6-BA medium (0.5,0.1,Omgh~). The shoot differentiation frequency is better higher in 0.5mg/L 6-BA. 0.5mg/L 6-BA can increase the differentiation frequency of cotyledon explants, and 0.5mg/L KT can increase the shoot differentiation frequency of hypocotyt during the differentiation of cotyledon and hypocotyl.

    The results of two year's variety comparative test in the Fanning-Pastoral Ecotone showed that:During the 14 tested varieties, Yankel has both a moderate growth period and a high adaptability.The yield is high and stable. It was the suitable variety to spread considering yield and quality of naked oat and economic effectiveness in the Farming-Pastoral zone.

    The study researches the effect of soybean density of different varieties on the plant height,LAI,the shoot dry weight, the pod numbei,the pod dry weight,the branch number,the stem diameter, biological parameter of soybean.The result shows that, The soybean varieties Mengdoul2,Mengdoul4 can get highter yield on 375 000 plant/ha,the main agronomic traits and the yield traits are better than the other two densities.Under the different density,the oil and protein content are no significant differences.

    During three years tests,the effects of organic manure on the growth of dry land naked oats and soil fertility are studied the results are as follows: The application of organic manure results in high and stable yield of naked oats in dry land, the increase of also soil fertility and organic matter content. The quantity of organic manure application cleary present a direct bearing on naked oats yield and the organic matter content of soil without organic manure appliation for a long time and with only chemical fertilizer application,yield of naked oats the decrease and soil fertility and organic content are lowered year after year.

    This experiment was to explore type of Guangxi Bama miniature pig anemia and infer probable cause after the pigs infected by porcine circovirus-like agent P1.Twelve Guangxi Bama miniature pigs at 1 month of age were randomly designated to two groups of 6 each. Group | pigs were each injected into the superficial inguinal lymph nodes with the cloned P1 plasmid DNA and pigs in group 2 served as controls. The peripheral blood erythrocyte parameters of the pigs were detected with the automatic hematology analytic instrument at 3,8,17,24,31 and 40 days postinoculation (dpi).The statistic results showed that there were no significant difference among five parameters, including RBC,HGB,HCT,MCV and MCHC, and two parameters (MCH and RDW) were highly significant difference between two groups. MCH were significantly decreased at 17dpi (P〈0.01) and RDW increased significantly at 31 dpi (P〈0.01).The pigs suffering from porcine circovirus-like agent P1 infection showed signs of microcytic hypochromic anemia.

    The result showed that Vc content of onion increased,especially after applying Mofertilizer.And the soluble sugar had also been changed,its soluble sugar increased when Fefertilizer degree had been enhanced,but when we applied Zn or Mn fertilizer,the content ofsoluble sugar decreased evidently.At the same time,its microelements content changedobviously,Zn,Mn,Fe contents had been increased,but the content of Cu reduced in a largedegree.In addition,Ca and Mg contents also increased and the adsorption rate of P and K hadbeen enhanced because of microelement fertilization that will be benefit for its anticharactersand qualities.

    The effect of two pesticidal chemical is different when dealing with sugar beet seed with 40% isofenphos-methyl and 65% phorate in different diluted concentration, and different time. The results showed that there is hardly effect on germination rate and relative germination rate when dealing with sugar beet seed with 40% isofenphos-methyl (the usage ratio is that seed: liquid=1000g:10-20ml).However,it inhibited the seed germination when dealing with sugar beet seed with 65% phorate,it reduced about a percentage of 2.5-3.3 andl.7-7.5 less than the control at lOd and 17d after training respectively.The relative germination rate is only 65.8%-87.3%.When the sugar beets were treated using 40% isofenphos-methyl and 65% phorate synchronously (the usage ratio is that seed:liquid=1000g:30-40ml), germination rate is influenced under the conditions in the greenhouse,it reduced about a percentage of 36,7-47.5 and 21.8-33.8 less than the control at 10d and 17d after training respectively. The relative germination rate is only 34.1%-44.6%.
